Booga Bag

Pattern: Black Sheep Bags free pattern.
Yarn: 3 skeins of Noro Koreyon 134
Needles: Addi Turbo circulars in 10 1/2 for the bag, and bamboo double pointed needles in 10 1/2 for the i-cord.
Comments: I was worried that this was knitting up too small, but I think it turned out alright. I got fewer rows than the pattern called for - 95 rather than 100 - even when making the i-cord at the start of the 3rd skein of yarn. It took two cycles through the machine to felt, and I (oops) ended up spinning it a little, coz I got distracted at the end.
Ended up: In the Christmas gift pile I think.

Potato Chip Scarf

Pattern: Potato Chip Scarf from Knitpicks.com
Yarn: 1 1/2 skeins of Trendsetter Dune yarn, colour 86.
Needles: Addi Turbo circulars, size 13, 32"
Comments: Definitely a quick knit - probably about 4 or 5 hours. The stitches only just fit on the 32" needle. Took a long time to bind off all 720 stitches, but the end result was worth it.
Ended up: Don't know. I may keep this one, or it may go into the "Christmas gift" pile.

Wavy Scarf

Pattern: Wavy Scarf by Sarah Smith, at Knitty.com
Yarn: 2 skeins of Cascade 220 in 7812,
Needles: Clover Bamboo size 7
Comments: Very fun to knit, and teaching me how to read my knitting, and swap between knit and purl stitches. I added an extra 4 rows of the k3p3 onto the final end, so that it would match up exactly with the cast-on.
Ended up: Destined for Reba Heyman, along with a matching one in grey for her husband Vic.
